Great Courland Bay
a.k.a. Turtle Beach

As its name suggests, this long sandy stretch beach, which is within walking distance, is a retreat for leatherback turtles during the nesting season (from March to August). Horse back riding can also be arranged.

Pigeon Point
You can visit Pigeon Point where you can relax by the peaceful Turquoise waters, cool breeze and relaxing atmosphere under the coconut palms in the white sand. Some hundred yards off is the world famous Buccoo Reef and Nylon Pool.

The imposing water wheel was imported from Scotland in the late 18th century to grind sugar cane. This location is overflowing with interesting historical and archaeological information.
  Argyle Waterfall
A tour can be arranged to visit the water fall which is easily accessible. It is the highest water fall in Tobago (54m).

Fort King George - Scarborough
Visit panoramic Fort King George where the great former powers squabbled over Tobago. It was built by the British in 1770. The Tobago museum is located at this Fort.

Tobago's Rain Forest
A trip can be arranged to the oldest forest reserve in the western hemisphere dated back in 1776. It is the home for several species of birds and butterflies, plus armadillo and other mammals. It was selected as the world's #1 Eco-Tourism Destination for the year 2003.

This fort is overlooking Great Courland Bay. It was built in 1764 by the British. It was captured by the French in 1781, but recaptured by the British in 1793. The French recaptured it again in 1802, but it was retaken the following year by the British once more. The mystery tomb and the Couronian Monument can also be found in the vicinity of this Fort. What is of great important of this tomb is the epithet on the grave ("She was a mother without knowing it and a wife without letting her husband know except by her kind indulgencies to him.")

As the name suggests, it is a place for lovers. It is very quiet scenic and breezy. It is a place still to be discovered.
