I had a fabulous stay, far exceeding my expectations. This was due to a large extent to Victor and Ursline. They were super hosts and the accommodations they provided were first class. This proved to be an excellent base for both bird watching and snorkeling. From Victor’s yard alone I recorded 40 species of birds and the total trip list for Tobago was 87 species. The birds are so tamed that a Rufus breasted Hermit used the apartment as a short cut to her nest, flying in the patio doors and out the window. Even the birds are treated well here. I will be back. This is too good a place not to come back to.

The 4th accommodation we had within 2weeks and finally we found what we had been looking for: A large comfortable apartment with a big kitchen, an excellent bed, and a breath taking view from the balcony. Forget about going for bird watching! Just spend an hour on this balcony and open your eyes. Arnos Vale Beach is a perfect bay for snorkeling and lying around on the beach. We even saw a turtle while snorkeling. This location is a good place for starting trips with a car to discover the island. Finally; Victor and Ursline are really nice, friendly and helpful hosts. Special advice: Ask Victor to cook with you and he'll show you that there's more to this island than callaloo. Special thanks to Victor and Ursline for a great time, great apartment, great help.

Staying at your home was so, so, so comfortable and luxurious. I enjoyed the birds in your garden and the fruit trees. We loved snorkeling, walking, and swimming and bird watching in Arnos Vale. Tobago is so perfect! The people, the food, the art, and of course the wild life. I hope we can come back soon and cook some more Caribbean food. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality which topped off an amazing fortnight.
